A quiet and relaxing place with a great sea view. It is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, or about 500-600 meters. The balcony presents a great panoramic 180-degree sea view as well as view of almost the whole town. The swimming pool is also another place where people can enjoy and relax. It is included in your stay and it is open from 1st of June till end of September. The property owners themselves often vacation there and rent the apartment in their absence the rest of the time. The condominium complex itself is approximately 20 minutes by foot from the town center. It is an enclosed private complex with a 24-hour security surveillance. Parking is possible on the street, or on the lawn in front of the building. Capacity: 3 adults or a family with 2 kids (2+2). Fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Non-smoking. The apartment is registered as a hosting place with the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism and with the town of Byala, certificate No.01252.

We simply love the Bulgarian seacoast. As we are not always there, i.e. that is our vacation home, we have asked a friend to take care of the place in our absence.

A very quiet neighborhood. There are a couple of really nice restaurants right in the vicinity and a couple of grocery stores on the main street not far from the site. A scenic path just above the beach line leads to the ancient fortress Sveti Atanas. It is where the mountain dives into Black Sea which makes the landscape of the town of Byala really unique.
