Property info

Mountain pearls - House 5 is part of a complex with 11 houses. It is located 350m from the 6-seater lift in the village of Stoikite, Pamporovo. House 5 is a two-story house with a veranda and a barbecue area. On the first floor there is a huge living room with a fireplace, a large dining table, a corner with soft furniture and a fully equipped kitchen, there is also a separate toilet with a wet room. From the living room there is direct access to a veranda with a wonderful view and a barbecue area. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with separate bathroom and toilet and a terrace with an incredible view. The entrance is from the second floor, with direct access to the parking spaces.

Neighborhood info

There are conditions for hiking, cycling and skiing in the area. Possibility of renting skis near the Stoikite lift station. Many attractions can be visited in the region, such as Shiroka Laka, the Snezhanka Tower Restaurant, the Smolyan Planetarium, the Perelik Hut, the Smolyan Lakes, the Rozhen Observatory, the Canyon of the Waterfalls eco-trail, the Devil's Throat and the Yagodin Cave, panoramic sites, etc.
