Enjoy our exceptional outdoor amenities, including two outdoor pools with complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas for all guests: a heated adult pool maintained at 22.5°C and a dedicated children’s pool. The complex also features beautifully landscaped gardens, a children's playground, an outdoor street fitness area, and 24/7 security. The location offers perfect beach access. A private pathway leads directly from the yard of the complex to the famous Kabakum Beach in just a 5-minute walk. The prestigious Blue Flag Sunny Day Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, while Golden Sands is also within easy reach. The complex combines peace and privacy with excellent connections, being only 10 minutes by car to Varna city center and 30 minutes to the airport, with free private parking included. Our brand-new SPA center, featuring saunas, a steam room, and an indoor jacuzzi, is at your disposal throughout the year. During the summer season, from June to October, the SPA is open every day. Throughout the rest of the year, from November to May, it remains open from Friday to Sunday. The apartment accommodates up to four guests. The spacious living area offers sweeping views of the Black Sea, a cozy sofa bed, a 50″ Smart TV, a dining space, and blackout curtains.
