Sea View Rental team has been working at Golden Sands for 14 years now. In the beginning, our activity was mainly related to sale of real estate. Subsequently, the new owners began entrusting us with their apartments to take care of their property when they are not there. Thus we began offering after-sale services and rental to our clients. Their interest has been grown since then and nowadays our team manages 30+ apartments at the Golden Sands beachfront or just behind it, and their number is rising steadily. The apartments we offer are situated in modern residential complexes in a unique location – situated in the heart of the Golden Sands resort, right on the main promenade, separating them from the beach. The area offers a variety of restaurants, pools, shops, supermarkets and all kinds of entertainment for children. The complex has a spacious parking lot with a 24-hour security. Sirena Apart-Hotel offers various types of air-conditioned one- or two-bedroom apartments as well as studios, all equipped with a kitchenette and everything a household may need. All apartments have a private balcony offering a breath-taking sea view.

Golden Sands is a modern and esteemed Bulgarian summer resort, located at a distance of only 17 km (some 10 miles) from the largest city on the Black Sea coast – Varna. The international airport of Varna (recently renovated and extended) is 25 km (ca. 17 miles) from the resort. The Golden Sands resort is located in close proximity to the Golden Sands National Park, a favorite place for hiking and bicycle riding. One can find literally everything within the resort location they may need for a perfect holiday. There are plenty of restaurants offering world cuisine dishes while for those who prefer cooking at home there are supermarkets nearby. Lots of entertainments are available for the kids, too. If one seeks relaxation or recovery, they can take advantage of the SPA and balneology center. Music and dance fans can fully enjoy the various nightclubs and bars on the beach at night. Every year hundreds of thousands of tourists from all over the world are visiting this high-class resort. People enjoy the hospitality and friendly attitude offered by the local people. The latter are fluent in English and Russian, many speak German and Spanish as well.

Neighborhood info

The city of Varna is known as the Marine Capital of Bulgaria. It is a very dynamic and fast developing city. Lots of international cultural and art events are taking place in the city all year round. Here one can enjoy a dolphin show performance at the Delphinarium. One can also visit the aquarium, the planetarium and the various types of museums. If heading north of Golden Sands, one shall reach the town of Balchik (50 km / 35 miles away) – the Botanical Garden and the Castle of the Romanian Queen Maria are well worth the visit. A bit further along the seashore, one can reach the Kaliakra cape, a place marked by history and mystery. The Golden Sands resort is located in close proximity to the Golden Sands National Park, a favorite place for hiking and bicycle riding.
