Beachfront family apartment for vacation in Varna in 5-star complex Varna South Bay Beach Residence. The beach is only 50 meters from the apartment. The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room with a sofa where 2 people can sleep, a dining area with a table and chairs, a bathroom, a comfortable balcony with chairs and a table from where you can drink your coffee or cocktail while you are enjoying the sea and beach view. Spacious bathroom and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a freezer, coffee machine, hot plates, oven, microwave,washing machine,hot water kettle, toaster,safe ,all cooking and serving utensils.Cable TV and Wi-Fi. The beachfront apartment is part of the 5-star complex Varna South Bay Beach Residence. Located in the southern part of the beautiful city of Varna. The advantage of the apartment is that you can choose between swimming in the pool or relaxing on the beach. The beach is located only 50 meters from the apartment and the swimming pool is inside the complex. The beach is very wide and spacious. The sea water is clean and the sea is shallow which makes it very safe for children. There is a paid and unpaid area. There are several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy live music, delicious food, and a nice drink. The swimming pool has also a kids' area, and you can enjoy it absolutely for free. The complex has a pastry shop with a coffee area and two grocery stores. Lidl hypermarket is only 800 meters away (10 minutes walk). There is free parking in front of the complex. The beautiful city park of Asparuhovo is located a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby there is a pharmacy, ATM, car wash, shopping mall, and gas station. At 350 m there is a public transport stop, through which you can quickly and easily reach the most beautiful points of the city of Varna On the beach of Asparuhovo (located 50 meters away) there are several restaurants open all year round, "Karantina" port, water sports, paid and unpaid beach area.
