We completely renovated an old house and garden, keeping in mind the architectural character of the town. We believe that we have created a place where the sentence "My home - my fortress" should apply, so that you feel comfortable, cozy and protected during your vacation. Fortress - not in size, but in the literal sense, because this is the meaning of the word "Tarno" in the old Bulgarian language and according to one of the theories about the origin of the name Tarnovo. Tarno is an entire house in the top center of Veliko Tarnovo. It is located on a quiet paved street and the city center is just down the street. The emblematic "Samovodska Charshia" and "Gurko" street are less than 300 meters away. To visit the biggest sights of Veliko Tarnovo - "Tsarevets" and "Trapezitsa" you do not need any transport.

At the property there are available: two comfortable bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and living room. Pets conditions: We accept pets, but they must inhabit the yard, which is NOT used for their physical needs! The animals must be taken out of the property. A fee of 10lv, payable at the property, is due for each pet. We maintain exceptional cleanliness and maximum comfort for our guests,so we ask you to warn us in advance about the presence of pets, so that we can provide additional cleaning time before accommodating our next guests! We are located in the heart of old Tarnovo, on a cobbled street in the authentic district "Varusha" - a preserved ensemble of Revival houses. The architectural houses in the area are unique with the typical verandas, balconies, eaves, windows and gates. Only 200 meters away you can see the famous "House with the monkey", built by the most famous Bulgarian builder Koliu Ficheto. Buy the traditional Bulgarian Yoghurt- kiselo mlyako from the local stores and try the most loved Bulgarian Shopska salad and Pork dish from some of the restaurants which are located just down the street. You don't need a watch on your wrist, because the church bell will ring every hour to remind you of the very special authentic character of the town. Great views are visible behind every corner, in every narrow gap between the authentic old houses - take a step back and have one more look! The area is full of beautiful art galleries and craft shops. Tarnovo is the center for art festivals, so check the events calendar. The most interesting places are just a few steps away!
