Situated in the heart of the beautiful town of Balchik, TerraMar.Apart immerses you in the magic of the sea and the artistic character of the area. Our guests will enjoy the comforts of modern apartments enriched with a cozy atmosphere. Let TerraMar.Apart be your oasis from everyday life, where you will create unforgettable memories and enjoy an absolutely relaxing experience. There are 3 accommodation units, all with private bathrooms and toilets, as well as wonderful sea views.

Neighborhood info

The area is quite attractive, as it is located right by the sea, on the front line at the beginning of the promenade in the town of Balchik. Around us, there are restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and wonderful places for walks! There are several beaches less than 300 meters away, no matter which direction you take. The northeastern area also offers incredible sights both around and within the town itself.
