Topola Bay View is located in the beautiful coastal village of Topola and situated near the world-known golf resort "Tracian Cliffs". A wonderful view is revealed from the villa as it is looking towards the sea and the golf courts.
In about 10 minutes ride is the enchanting coastal town of Balchik refered to as " The pearl" of the Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. The town is well-known for its unique historical heritage, the "Quite Nest Palace" and its botanic garden, the beautiful sea alley, the big variety of restaurants suitable for even the most refined taste, bars with pleasant atmosphere and beaches for the long hot summer days. There is 4 big groceries stores - LIDL, ABC, CBA and Akvilon- as well as 4 pharmacies. Close by is the touristic resort Albena known with its beautiful beach and the 6 kilometers long beach alley. 25 minutes away is the Nature park and resort of Golden Sands. A vibrant place for a walk, entertainment, shopping, aqua park adventure, and sightseeing around the cave-carved Aladza monastery. Within easy reach is the sea capital of Bulgaria - Varna. 5 minutes north from the village of Topola is the bulgarian capital of rock music - Kavarna. Cape Kaliarka is a place soaked in history and captivating legends and is only 5 minutes away from Kavarna. Resort Rusalka is known with its untouched nature and beautiful sandy beaches and is just 20 minutes away by car from the villa. Going further north the long beach coast of Durankulak and Shabla are to be seen. The untouched sand dunes and crystal clear waters, turn these places into a real piece of paradise. Villa Topola Bay View is suited in an ideal location for summer holiday, it also offers privacy as well as different entertainment options available in a close reach.
