Villa Andrea is a luxury guest house located in the picturesque village of Rogachevo, 20 km from Varna. Our charming guest house offers a large dining room, a cozy living room with a pool table and soft furniture, an indoor fireplace, a large TV, and a modern kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. In the villa's yard, guests can enjoy amenities such as a pool and a jacuzzi with solar heating, a children's play area, a charcoal barbecue, and a comfortable seating area. The pool at Villa Andrea measures 4x8 meters with a heated jacuzzi at one end, featuring hot water. Villa Andrea has 5 comfortable double bedrooms, 4 of which are located on the 2nd floor, and one is on the 1st floor. The bedroom on the 1st floor has an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, and a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 people. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor are arranged in pairs within an apartment, with a hallway and a shared bathroom. In each apartment, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other has 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a fold-out armchair for one person. Additionally, the living room has a separate area with a fold-out sofa for 2 people. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning. The main beds in the villa accommodate 10 people, with a maximum capacity of 15 guests.
