Poemia was first born as our home- a cozy and stylish villa, built with great care and attention in the village of Rogachevo- minutes away from the golden beaches of Albena and Kranevo. We didn't just want a house. We dreamed of a place that would radiate harmony, freedom and warmth. We poured our hearts into every detail to combine luxury and comfort, nature and the feeling of home. The name Poemia is not a coincidence- it carries somethig poetic, something different and light- a sense of movement, of dreams, of freedom. It inspired us to create a place that invites you to escape the noise, reconnect with yourself, and cherish shared moments. Our logo features a soft palette of gentle blue and mint green- colors that evoke calm, trust and quietness of the sea. The symbol- a stylizes sailing boat- captures the spirit of journey, lightness and the joy of new experiences. It is the visual embodiment of our vision of a holiday: relaxing, inspiring and soul-refreshing.

The villa is tucked away in a quiet street, far away from the noise of everyday life, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, the surrounding fields, the forested hills. The villa is designed in a modern contemporary style with refined touches of French Provance, which brings a sense of style, harmony and coziness. The use of natural materials, handcrafted furniture, carefully selected accessories and paintings by Stoimen Stoilov and his students contribute to an authentic apmosphere and comfort.

Neighborhood info

Rogachevo is a village in Balchik Municipality, located 28 km north of Varna and 4 km from the Albena resort. The village offers a peaceful atmosphere and a unique climate, combining sea and forest air. Near Rogachevo is the Baltata Nature Reserve, situated along the Batova River, known for its rich biodiversity and dense alluvial forests. The beaches of Albena and Kranevo are about 7 km from the village, offering opportunities for sunbathing and water sports. For golf enthusiasts, the area features three professional golf courses: Thracian Cliffs, Lighthouse Golf, and BlackSeaRama Golf. Additionally, the village hosts the Harmony Hills resort complex, which contributes to the summer liveliness and attracts tourists from various nationalities. Rogachevo is an ideal destination for those seeking tranquility, beautiful nature, and proximity to seaside resorts and attractions. We have historical places near our village- the beautiful Botanical garden "Regina Maria" in Balchik, "Aladza" monastery, cape "Kaliakra" with a very interesting legend. The promenada in Balchik is only 10 min away- with all the restaurants, lounge areas, nice cafe, Jazz festivals and classic music orchestras. We have beautiful beaches- wild ones and beaches with modern facilities. For the children- there are two aqua parks- one of them 5 min away!
