Villa Regina Serafina is a fully furnished private retreat accommodating up to ten guests, nestled in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood just a short stroll from the iconic Regina Maria Castle and Botanical Garden. Spread across three generous floors, the villa offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms with a tub, and two fully equipped kitchens — everything needed for a seamless stay whether you're hosting a family reunion, a group of friends, or a milestone celebration. The centrepiece of the property is a magnificent 9 × 4.5 m private swimming pool set within a lush 1,000 m² garden. Recently upgraded with a state-of-the-art ionization system, the pool delivers a noticeably softer, chlorine-reduced swimming experience — kinder to skin and eyes, and ideal for long, lazy days in the Bulgarian sun. This is swimming reimagined: cleaner water, naturally. The garden itself is a quiet spectacle, home to a striking collection of cacti and exotic Mediterranean and subtropical vegetation. A large, stone-built traditional barbecue anchors a spacious outdoor area perfect for al fresco/open air dining and relaxation. A private parking area accommodates up to three vehicles.
The villa is situated about 1 km away from the Botanical Garden (a..k.a. Regina Maria Palace), which is the biggest tourist attraction in Balchik, where the nearest beach is situated. The resort Albena is about 10 km away, while Varna (the regional urban centre with airport) is about 40 km from the property. Other attractions nearby are Cape Kaliakra (35 km) and Dalboka Mussel Farm (30 km). It is located off the main road in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of greenery surrounding it.
