The SPA residential complex of “White Coast” is a boutique complex of closed type, located right оn the beach, with spread constructed area of 10 000 sq.m. There are two underground parking lots accommodating approx. 80 motor vehicles, and individual parking space assigned to each apartment. One of the buildings accommodates a moderate-size restaurant to cater for the needs of the inhabitants, a lobby bar, swimming pool, and front office for providing of services. The design of the residential complex corresponds to the picturesque landscape – with buildings in tranquil flowing shapes executed with natural materials. White color is prevailing, sloping tiled roofing, multiple terraces, cypress trees, sightseeing platforms.

"White-Coast" is among the very first luxurious residences located on the north coast of the Black Sea. The region itself is one of the few left in Bulgaria, which are neither over-constructed, nor over-polluted, allowing one to make the most out of his or her well-deserved vacation. The residence is five meters away from the seacoast, which on the other hand is very clean, white the waters are shallow, perfect for both children and adults. "White-Coast" was to a very high extent renovated and is ready to offer even higher-quality service in comparison to the previous years.
