Edificio Santa Teresa is located at the heart of the city center. It is walking distance to El Prado, various theaters, restaurants, stores, museums, etc. Excellent access to public transportation and taxis. The building has two convenient entrances. the front entrance is at Avenida Arce, while the back entrance is at Avenida 6 de Agosto. It is an elevator building, with restricted entrance, 2 courteous doorman who provide 24 hour watch.
Hello there! I am a Bolivian American Jersey girl. I love going back to Bolivia often, visiting family and friends, visiting new areas in my beautiful country of origin! I also love Bolivian cuisine both traditional and modern gourmet versions, live music and the colorful folklore. La Paz has so much to offer! I'm so excited to open my home for tourists and help in any way I can to ensure you have a pleasant experience and comfortable stay.
Safe, clean, well lit, main avenue in the city. Neighbors are courteous and friendly. The building has a beauty salon, some stores, and a small store front bakery at the ground level. It is located next to a small park, which has a skateboarding rink fyi! It is also a black away from the Universidad Mayor de San Andres, the public uni in Bolivia. Its frontside promenade features live music, craft fairs, dance practices, and other public events throughout the year.
