Services such as early check-in, late check-out, and crib requests are subject to availability and potential extra charges. Please contact us for details. Access & Documentation (⚠️ IMPORTANT): It is mandatory to send a list with the full names and ID documents of all guests at least 24 hours in advance. Delays in sending this information may prevent your access to the property on your arrival day. Unlisted individuals are not permitted to enter the building. Luggage & Swimwear: The building's front desk is not authorized to store luggage, but you may leave your bags at our agency. Always use the service entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing swimwear. Quiet Hours: Noise is not permitted after 10:00 PM. Trash: Please separate organic waste from recyclables, using different garbage bags for each. Linens & Towels: We provide 1 set of bed linens per bed and 1 towel per guest.
