Big apartment, in a nice condo at Barra da Tijuca Beach, Posto 4 ( LIfe Guard station 4) beside Widgham Barra Hotel. The best point of the beach. Building with facilities, and convenience stores on the lobby level as grocery stores, drugstores, ATM, bakery, beauty parlor, and on the rooftop there is a pool and SPA area with steam room , sauna, and a deck with a panoramic view of the beach
good humor, easy going, like to exchange cultural info, friendly ! Currently living in south Florida . Love my place at barra da Tijuca but does not have much time to enjoy It . Best place in the work so I decided to share this experience to all while get some income to keep condo bills paid. I ll be available to help, by phone in English , portuguese and spanish while the buildng Staff is frendly and can help as well.
Easy transportation to the airport through the BRT system , App mobile transportation ( 40 min away from main International Airport) or cabs. There is easy access to Subway that can commute you to Downtown RIo , Ipanema and Copacabana, Place is peacefull and very safe, few retaurantes walking distance and the beach acrooss the main street. Building Front desk 24 x 7
