And Eraldo is an exceptional chef and very hospitable, who charms everyone who stays at Búzios House with his friendliness.

The búzios house is a modern style seasonal house located 200 meters from manguinhos beach, great for sports and children, with a very nice water temperature and very quiet. The place is very safe to 50 meters of the police of the region, private security system and with cameras and near the supermarket and the fishmonger in Porto da Barra. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and tv, 5 bathrooms, 1 gourmet balcony with barbecue, sink, super table, refrigerator and 55´´ led tv with netflix and sky entertainment with full movie package, with reclining sofas and air conditioned environment , 1 kitchen with laundry and pantry and 2 rooms very spacious independent, in addition to a large plot of 1700 square meters wooded nature! It has a beautiful nature pool and 140 sqm. Porto da Barra, the largest gastronomic center in the city, is 1.4km from the residence, as is Geribá beach, 1.5km or 20 minutes walk. The house is 50 meters from the main avenue of access of the city, which greatly facilitates transportation. The house offers excellent standard domestic appliances to guests, as well as wifi and private parking. Come enjoy with your family of all comfort through nature.

Neighborhood info

The house is located in the neighborhood of manguinhos, 200 meters from the beach of greater territorial extension of Búzios, very good for hiking, racing, sports and general practice for children. It is 50 meters from the Shell convenience store and 300 meters from the Extra Market network. The region is super safe, since it is only 100 meters from the DPO de Búzios (police) and has a monitoring service for cameras and alarm 24hs private company. Next to Búzios House we have the Bar Harbor, a new area in the Búzios region that has been growing a lot with many options of restaurants, bakeries, snack bars and the fish market which is also great for those who love seafood. For those who enjoy a 20-minute walk you can also have access to Geribá beach. The house is very close to the main avenue (José Bento Ribeiro Dantas) which facilitates and provides access to transportation.
