Our house accommodates up to 35 people, offering a property with a total area of ​​500m², including a swimming pool, party room, chapel, soccer field, lake, and more. Notes: 1) After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the seasonal rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport). 2) It is necessary to climb some stairs to access one of the bedrooms and one of the anterooms of the house, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The other bedrooms are located on the ground floor. 3) We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. 4) We allow small pets, subject to consultation and payment of an extra fee per pet. 5) We have ten uncovered parking spaces available on the property. Depending on the size of the vehicles, it may be possible to accommodate additional vehicles.
