Discover our charming villa in Praia da Pipa, perfect for 4 people. Nestled in nature, surrounded by hummingbirds and close to the sea. A true haven of peace. Relax by the pool and enjoy the proximity to the beach and Pipa’s center, just a few steps away. Important Information The lower part of the house is still under construction, but no work will be done during guest stays. However, the downstairs bedroom is already ready. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has AC, and the downstairs one has a ceiling fan. Both rooms feature king-size beds with high-quality mattresses. In addition to the two bathrooms, there is a separate toilet. 1 spacious living room. 1 pool. Good internet connection. Hot water. Bed linen and towels provided. Two cats regularly visit the house. Guests are welcome to feed them 🥰 People who are allergic or don’t like cats should be aware 😉🙏
