The house is on the sea about 1.5h by road from Rio de Janeiro. The village of Ponta Negra has beaches, lakes, waterfalls and mountains with many activities available including surfing, paragliding, horse riding etc. The center of Ponta Negra with its sand beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, clothes shops, pharmacies etc is only 5 min away by car, or 15 by walk. It’s close to the towns of Saquarema, Areal do Cabo and Buzious for those who want to explore the coast.
