Uma grande casa de três andares. inteiramente reformada, com conforto 5 estrelas: Piscina, churrasqueira, cervejeira, duas geladeiras, máquina de gelo, TV 65 polegadas com assinatura da claro, cozinha gourmet, 10 aparelhos de ar condicionado, mota-cargas, 6 vagas de garagem cobertas, seis quartos, incluindo 4 suites e um home office reversível em um sétimo quarto. A Casa Varanda tem três andares sendo que a área de laser, social e piscina ficam no andar superior com vista mar. A casa faz parte do condomínio Portal do Carmo com segurança 24 horas através de câmeras e vigilantes com motos. Cristina, proprietária e Ana, anfitriã local estão sempre disponíveis! A Praia de Guaecá é uma praia muito privativa, com apenas 3 condomínios e nenhum comércio ( somente na praia ao lado ou no centro de São Sebastião que fica a 10km). Assim, está sempre limpa, vazia, bem frequentada e conservada. Quem conhece, quer voltar sempre! Pode-se circular de carro, buggy, bicicleta e à pé! Temos pesa de pebolim, futebol de botão e pingpong!!!!
