Room with bathroom, minibar, wi-fi, grocery store 1 minute walk, highway and bus stop 3 minutes walk, air conditioning and TV with several subscription channels. All comfort and convenience for you to have a pleasant rest with your family, partner or friends. We are located 9 km from the beaches of Trindade, in the neighborhood there is a river with good water for swimming and nearby waterfalls.
I am a university student, I live in another city and I manage the property with my parents. My parents live in the same yard as the house to be rented, but in a separate house, prabably they gonna be who will receive you. Welcome, feel free and enjoy what Paraty has to offer you! If you need something, I am all ears.
The neighborhood is very quiet. To get to the property just follow the following guidelines: near the Rio-Santos Highway. Coming towards SP-RJ, when passing the clover that gives access to the village of trindade and the Neighborhood "Patrimônio", advance 1 km towards Paraty and access street on the left near the sign "Bike Park Paraty". Entering this street, turn first left and then first right. At the next corner is the lodging.
