Please note that late check-out is available. 50% of day's rate for check-outs until 18:00 and full day charge for check-outs after 18:00. Early departure fee: 1 night stay's rate plus applicable taxes. Early check in is only guaranteed with preregister.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents.

All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID, with photo, that proves their identity and that of his/her parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his parents. If the minor is accompanied by only one of the parents, it will be necessary to present an authorization notarized and signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the child's identity document.
