Casa Vila Mar 🌊🐚⚓️ - Your beach house! 🤿 - 3-minute walk to the sand of Prainha beach (300 meters), which is the first beach when arriving in Arraial do Cabo. The street name is Travessa Antônio Borges Pinheiro nº 05. 🏡 - Access to the house via stairs (10 steps). 🏙 - 5-minute walk to the center (500 meters). 🏝 - 20-minute walk to Praia Grande, Praia dos Anjos, Pontal do Atalaia, Marina dos Pescadores, and Trilha do Forno. • Super cozy, air-conditioned suites with smart TV, Netflix and GloboPlay, minibar, bed linens and towels, balcony, barbecue area, outdoor shower, and kitchen. • Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils: plates, cutlery, barbecue utensils, pots and pans, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. • For your convenience, we also provide salt, sugar, coffee, and oil.

Neighborhood info

In the Prainha neighborhood, we are a short 3-minute walk from the sand of Prainha beach, one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. It's a super quiet neighborhood, and you can leave your vehicle in the parking spaces along the main street. Accessing the suites is via Travessa Antônio Borges de Pinheiro to the end, where you climb a 10-step staircase, ending up just over 50 meters from the main street. It's a family-friendly area at any time of day. In fact, the whole of Arraial do Cabo is very peaceful at any time, offering a welcome escape from the reality of big cities.
