Modern and furnished studio at Mood Central Parque, next to the hospital and PUCRS, with easy access to UFRGS Agronomy Campus. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, coffee maker, utensils), bed and bath linen included. Condominium with pool, gym, game room, beach tennis court, 24-hour concierge and parking space. Pets allowed. Ideal for students and professionals looking for comfort, convenience and an excellent location in Porto Alegre.
