Olá a propriedade esta na praia de juqueí sub distrito de São Sebastião uma praia ótima para família e jovens temos três shoppings e várias lojas de um lado da praia e o sossego e tranquilidade do outro a casa se encontra no lado sossegado da praia mas temos três restaurantes a 400 m da casa( Badauê Juquehy. Chapéu de Sol. Badalatte Gelato puro. De frente ao mar ) ela se encontra em um local privilegiado da praia com uma piscina privativa Jacuzzi no Solário E temos a área gourmet onde está a churrasqueira área externa da casa que também possui uma mesa temos três banheiros completos e um lavabo que faz parte da sala os banheiros dos quartos possuem secador de cabelo e espelho para maquiagem também fornecemos shampoo sabonete sabonete líquido roupas de cama e toalhas o condomínio possui um terreno perna areia que está disponibilizado para os hóspedes também temos o serviço de guarda-sol e cadeira na praia
