Modern apartment, cozy and safe, perfect for groups of friends and families with children, privileged location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The beach can be reached in two minutes on foot. It has a large terrace overlooking the sea, with exclusive barbecue, 4 suites all with balcony and air conditioning. WiFi 5G. Large living room in the same environment as the dining room, overlooking the sea. American style kitchen, very complete. 220V and 110V outlets. Exclusive parking for up to 5 cars, with exclusive entrance through the beach avenue.

We will be delighted to welcome you, your family and friends, where you can spend unforgettable moments of leisure. Our apartment is very well located and all rooms have views of the sea and the mountains, ideal for taking beautiful pictures, my favorite hobby during my spare time.
Maresias is one of the beaches preferred by foreigners who want to enjoy their holidays in Brazil. But for those who think that the beach is only sought after by those looking for a trendy place, they will certainly be surprised by the entertainment options in the region. Great infrastructure, with excellent restaurants, nightclubs, bars, snack bars, ice cream parlors and stores that bring together several sophisticated brands. The beach is known for its white sands with transparent blue-green waters, surrounded by mountains of the lush and preserved Atlantic Forest. Maresias is one of the few beaches in the world with these characteristics, being a meeting point for businessmen, intellectuals and athletes. The residents are friendly, attentive, preserve the local culture and fishermen sell seafood directly from their canoes, as soon as they return from “artisanal” fishing. Located just over 2 hours from the main airports in São Paulo, access is via excellent highways, with enchanting landscapes on the coastal stretch bathed by the Atlantic Ocean.
