Cosy studio in the heart of Rio, kitchen is fully equiped, the commom area has one restaurant, swiming pool, mini market, pay laundry and fitness area, 5 min walking from the metro station, only two stops to Copacabana beach. The apartment has view to Corcovado montain where is located the Statue of Christ the Redeemer. If you are coming to Rio for New Years, you can literally walk to Copacaba beach from the apartment , taking only 20 min. Botafogo has the best bars in town, nominated by timeout in 2024/2025 the world's best nightlife city.
