All comfort and convenience for you to have a pleasant rest with your family, partner or friends We have a full kitchen, minibar, smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, air conditioning, Wifi, TV with receiver for subscription channels, parking with several spaces, garden with hammock. Extremely quiet neighborhood, grocery store 1 minute walking, bus stop and highway 3 minutes walking or 1 by car. We are 9km from the beaches of Trindade and there are waterfalls nearby.
I am a university student, I live in another city and I manage the property with my parents. My parents live in the same yard as the house to be rented, but in a separate house, prabably they gonna be who will receive you. Welcome, feel free and enjoy what Paraty has to offer you! If you need something, I am all ears.
The neighborhood is very quiet. To get to the property just follow the following guidelines: near the Rio-Santos Highway. Coming towards SP-RJ, when passing the clover that gives access to the village of trindade and the Neighborhood "Patrimônio", advance 1 km towards Paraty and access street on the left near the sign "Bike Park Paraty". Entering this street, turn first left and then first right. At the next corner is the lodging.
