Welcome to Union Residence! Furnished short- and long-term flats for rent in a prime location in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul. Just a few minutes’ walk from Novo Hamburgo’s train station, Bourbon Shopping Centre, Carrefour supermarket, and only 2 km from Fenac Events Centre and Feevale University. Our flats are spacious, well-lit, and airy, hosting up to 3 people. Fully furnished and equipped, they provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking and cleaning services are available at an additional cost. The gym is free for all guests. Pets are not allowed.
