Please note: This is a self catering cottage run by Private hosts. This modern, Scandinavian chic one room cottage sits in the heart of the city within close proximity to the CBD. You are a short walk or cycle away from all the amenities you need, including local embassy's and coffee shops in the main mall. Make use of the pool on hot days or relax around the barbecue area in the shade of the trees. The cottage shares its grounds with 3 other flats, offering private parking and a a communal washing machine for trips that may take you further afield.

One of the oldest and safest neighbourhoods in Gaborone, Extension 11 boasts one of the most diverse communities. You will often see a mix of expats and locals jogging in the early morning to avoid the heat, and overflowing from our dear coffee shop (Daily Grind) a stones throw away. The Central Business District is less than a kilometre away, with restaurants and hotels alike. Both of the adjacent properties to the Cozy City Cottage keep 24hr security, ensuring that we remain safe and snug all year round.
