The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date. • For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building. Noise Awareness Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared. Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of one large dog under (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). A pet fee of CAD 69 per pet will be added to the reservation when pets are included at the time of booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately.
