The open-plan living space includes a lounge with a 65" smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a cozy two-seater sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and essentials like salt, oil, and fresh coffee beans with a grinder. A four-seater dining table sits beside the kitchen island. The spacious bathroom features dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in rain-head shower, with fluffy towels and locally made toiletries. The bedroom offers a comfy bed with a memory foam topper, high-thread-count linens, two tall windows with a courtyard view, and a large closet for storage. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures
