Above the Beach is situated in a rural setting that as it names suggests overlooks Skaha Beach. The view of the City of penticton is equally spectacular; on a clear day Lake Okanagan can be seen in the distance. While in season guests can stroll the property and pick fresh Okanagan fruits and nuts from a variety of trees in our orchard setting, curl up with a book in one the many seating areas situated around the property or observe the many local inhabitants that we share this unique property with. Our guests have been known to witness the birth of a new fawn or spot a rare bird species while eating breakfast from the comfort of their own balcony or patio.

There are over 200 winery's within walking, biking, hiking and driving distance and one can climb the nearby Skaha Bluffs. The Skaha Marina is a playground for all ages where you can rent boats and jet skis or spend the day at Skaha Beach with a variety of concessions, pop up shops, restaurants and festivals.
