Use the backyard. 🚬No smoking inside. Smoke at the farther end of the garage in the backyard (15 minutes max at a time). No smoking during the quiet hours. ✋No drinking, gatherings, partying, drugs, or weed. 🛑No speaker on your devices. Use headphones. 👞No outside shoes in the house. Slippers for guests are in the kitchen upstairs. 📬 No using my address as your residence (IDs, bank accounts, mail, or deliveries). 🐈No pets or unannounced visitors. 🚙No parking in the driveway without permission. 👙No walking topless, pantless, or wrapped in a towel in common spaces. 🍳No cooking with spices. 🚗OVERNIGHT DRIVEWAY PARKING → Ask if available. → Overnight parking in my driveway is for pay per night, 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. At all other times, use street parking (prohibited from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.). → GreenP at 1177 Weston Road (10-minute walk). 🛏️STAYING LONGER You can get a late check-out for a fee.
