To provide peace of mind during your stay, guests are required to choose one of the following protection options prior to arrival: Damage Waiver For a one-time, non-refundable fee of 35, guests receive coverage of up to 600 for accidental damage and normal wear and tear that may occur during their stay. Damage resulting from violations of the property's policies or house rules is not covered. Security Deposit Alternatively, guests may choose a refundable security deposit of 600. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the payment method approximately two (2) days prior to arrival. If no damage is reported, the hold will be released following check-out.
