Property info

Built in 1874, and named after plasterer John Avery, our historic home has been lovingly renovated and maintained. We are centrally located in Stratford, within walking distance of all four theatres, shopping and restaurants. We have on-site parking; in fact, most guests park and walk everywhere. Please note that we have one parking spot per guest room. Additional vehicles will need to find parking elsewhere. We serve breakfast family-style at one seating at 9:00am each morning. Breakfast is included in room-rates. We can accommodate some food allergies if you let us know at time of booking. However we do not off dairy-free or egg-free breakfasts. Please note: only The Sanctuary Suite and The Cocoa Beach Suite have TVs. All other rooms/suites do NOT have TVs. Thanks!

Centrally located. All the Stratford Festival theatres are located within an easy 10-15 minute walk, as is the downtown area where you will find most restaurants and shopping.
