Newly renovated home (2022) with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for guests to use. Located right in town, everything is a walking distance of 10 minutes or less. A cab will be required if arriving via plane. Restaurants and gift shops nearby. It's a home away from home. I operate as a Bed & Breakfast for October and November ONLY. The other months we operate as a Bed and Bath and guests are welcome to use our facilities to do their own cooking. Coffee/tea is available as well as spices, flour and sugar. All other food related items will have to be purchased at our local grocery stores. This facility is operated as a guest house so you could potentially be sharing the two bathrooms and common areas with other guests.

My husband (Gord) and I lived in Churchill for almost 30 years and ran a B&B for twenty of those years during the polar bear viewing months (October and November) only. We moved away in 2016 and I greatly missed the hustle and bustle of Churchill during those months. I begged my husband to buy a small house, fix it up and let me operate a B&B during polar bear viewing season again. We bought a 3 bedroom house (on a tax sale), renovated it and opened our doors in 2021. Our second home was purchased (bank repo) and renovated in 2022 and we opened its doors for guests from June to November. That's it. No more houses in Churchill he said!! We offer a home away from home kind of atmosphere with northern art from locals and Nunavut decorating our walls. We are proud of the little town of Churchill and the incredible beauty of nature it has to offer. Let us show you.

Churchill is a small remote town that can be visited via plane (Calm Air) or train (Via Rail). Restaurants and gift shops are open year round. Tours are available for birding, aurora lights, beluga whales and of course our polar bears. We work with Discover Churchill who offer tours for all of the above.
