Located on back deck for your use is a BBQ along with a patio deck set and bench's . There is a shared courtyard just off the back deck with a fire-pit for your use. The large yard with fruit trees & shrubs is for everyone's enjoyment with an area to play volleyball, badminton or soccer. There is a 900 sq. ft. heated shop available (with permission) to work on snow machines if required

We as owners will be most often here to welcome you on your arrival and get you comfortably settled in or make alternate arrangements suitable to all parties. A resident part time caretaker of the complex is also available to care for any immediate needs. We are never more than a phone call away to assist you in any matter.
