The $300 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement.

A maximum of Studio or One-Bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 23:00 and Two-Bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 11PM are allowed. Security cameras monitor common areas; non-compliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit.

A damage deposit of CAD 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
