The property is minutes from Woodroad Restaurant, about 20 minutes from Cabot Cliffs and Cabot Links, roughly 40 minutes from Cape Breton Highlands National Park, and under an hour from the Cabot Trail, with Ingonish a short drive away. A rental agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking. Check-in is from 4–11 PM and check-out is before 10 AM. Two dogs are welcome with a fee. Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM. No smoking indoors. The hot tub must remain covered and latched when not in use.
