Very quiet area. Abundant nature and a very beautiful navigable lake (Lac Beaulac). Located about 1 hour from Montreal. Many outdoor events throughout the year: snowmobiling in winter, canoeing in summer, ice fishing, etc. You are asked to respect the neighborhood and quiet times. Access to Lac Beaulac: 8 minutes walk to access the dock and no possibility of parking a car. Do not block neighbors' parking entrance. Indoor and on-road parking available and free.
