Superb urban villa designed in a contemporary style, located 5 minutes from the village of St-Alphonse-Rodriguez (only 1 hour drive from Montreal). The only contemporary villa with private swimming pool in the area, Chalet Villa Bianca is located in peaceful woodland on its own 45 000 sf estate and boasts breath-taking views of the valley and surrounding mountains thanks to its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, all facing South. With two bedrooms and two floors, the villa is ideal for a small group, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a private hot tub and outdoor dry sauna (both 100% functional all year round), and an outdoor wood-burning firepit. You will have access to L'Assomption river (only a few minutes away), where you can enjoy our private beach for swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks included) or paddle boarding (equipment not provided). The villa's exterior offers parking for 4 cars, a private hot tub for 6 people on a large terrace with space for outdoor dining, as well as a sectional sofa under a gazebo, a gas-fired BBQ (functional all year) and an outdoor firepit (with firewood supplied in reasonable quantity). You will also find an outdoor dry sauna with space for up to for 8 people (all year round) and a heated swimming pool (from June 1st to end of September). On the main floor, you will find a welcoming entrance hall and a cozy living room equipped with intelligent HD TV, a Blu-Ray player, and a sound system with Bluetooth connection. The kitchen's imposing marble island is ideal for cooking with family or friends and it is fully equipped with Keurig & Nespresso coffee machines, fondue sets and much more, including a dish washer. The kitchen opens on to the dining area and its amazing views of the mountains. On the main floor, you will also find a large bedroom with a King size bed and a Queen size bed on a mezzanine with the same spectacular views over the surrounding valley.
