Brossard is a vibrant, modern, and very safe suburb located just across the St. Lawrence River from downtown Montreal. It’s super diverse, family-friendly, and highly convenient, with a great mix of parks, quiet residential areas, and big commercial hubs. The biggest highlight is Quartier DIX30, a massive outdoor lifestyle center. It has tons of boutiques, great restaurants, bars, a cinema, and even the Le L'Étoile theater for live shows. It’s the main spot for dining, shopping, and nightlife on the South Shore. It's extremely accessible. With the new REM light rail system, you can get directly to downtown Montreal in about 15 minutes, giving you the best of both worlds—quiet suburban relaxation and fast access to the city center.
