Parking: Guests have access to one parking spot in the private driveway for their convenience. House Rules: 1. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarette, vape, weed, or any type) is strictly prohibited in the property area (inside the unit or backyard). 2. No Pets. 3. No Outdoor Shoes Inside: To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes when entering the house. A dedicated outdoor shoe rack is available in the sunroom at the entrance. Guests will be provided with new disposable slippers. 4. No Unregistered Guests: Only the registered guests on the booking are allowed on the property. Visitors or overnight guests who are not included in the booking are strictly prohibited. 5. Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time, including music, conversations, or any other activities that could disturb others in the house. 6. Respectful Conduct: The property is a family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to always behave respectfully. Any behavior that disrupts the comfort or safety of others, including excessive noise or inappropriate activities, is not acceptable and may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
