Large, licenced, 1 bedroom basement suite, upscale area. Fully complies with provincial regulations so book with confidence. A romantic couple's retreat or a haven for bike racers, wine tasters and beach goers! LGBTQ friendly. - Locked bike storage - Coded keyless entry - 2 beaches 10 min drive - Superstore 3 min - King bed and fold out - 50" Smart TV. Cable plus stream your subscriptions - Full kitchen plus toaster, drip+Tassimo coffee, tea kettle - Beach chairs, towels - Propane BBQ, patio with table/chairs - No parties or unpaid guests. - No canning.
We are a retired couple who have created a high end suite for travellers. We love to travel the world ourselves and always enjoy meeting new people. I am available upstairs by a quick text.
So many activities! Penticton is a hub for summer festivals. Peach Festival, Elvis Festival, Peach City Classic Cars, Wine Festivals, Rib Festival, Pentastic Jazz Festival and Scottish Festival! Wine tasting in the area is so much fun. Drive to Apex or bike on the KVR trail. World renowned Bike races - Grand Fondo, Challange, ITU. Peach Classic Triathalon and IronMan races. Two beautiful beaches, Okanagan and our favourite, Skaha Beach (pictured) where you can rent Kayaks, SUP boards and swim safely. Skiing Apex in the winter. Restaurants galore. Parking for one car in our driveway. Extra parking for one on the street.
