Newly built, spacious and clean cozy self contained basement ensuite apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with separate entrance, furnished bedrooms with queen beds, desk table, table lamp and closet, mini bar kitchen with cooktop,low profile microwave, and a mini refrigerator. Design for solo, Adventurers and Business travelers. High speed internet available, laundry machine available. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. You'll get your own key to come and go as you please. My wife and I will be hosting and welcoming guests, her name is Amen, feel free to ask her any questions. One parking spot available, please ask while booking if parking is available. Make yourself at home.

I love to associate with people from different backgrounds and that's why hosting people is what I love to do. I respect people's privacy,so I will like my guests to be respectful towards me and my family and also our home which we love so much.
5 minutes to Albion mall, 10minutes to woodbine mall and Grandstand Casino. Close to Hwy 401 and 400, 15minutes to Yorkdale mall. Our home is 10minutes drive to Pearson Airport, close to public transit, short walk to grocery stores and bus stations.
