Sunny, spacious and modern 2 Bedroom (3 beds), 1 bath WALK OUT guest suite. The house is located on a safe and quiet street. Minutes to heartland shopping, grocery stores, parks, transit, major highways and close to (13 mins) Pearson Airport. Your space includes en-suite laundry, well equipped kitchen, dining and an upgraded bathroom. Close to everything! Just move in and enjoy!
