Welcome to Eagle's View Penthouse, a stunning newly renovated mountain top Oasis nestled atop Triangle Mountain. Unobstructed 180-degree views of Mt Baker, the Olympic Mountains, Victoria, and the Pacific Ocean. Watch the eagles soar as the Cruise Ships come and go from Ogden Point. 500 sq ft deck to enjoy the views. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the brand new hot tub on the private front patio. Only 15 mins to Victoria and 5 minutes to Colwood and Langford, where you will find everything needed. NOTE: All photos unless labeled otherwise were taken from the property.
I have lived in this area for 44 years, 19 years on Salt Spring Island and 25 years on Vancouver Island. If you have any questions I am happy to help. I am a local Realtor here in the Greater Victoria area, my wife is a registered nurse. We have 2 small children. We have worked on this house extensively to create a very luxurious, and peaceful stay for our guests. We can't wait to share it with you!
Eagle's View is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of Triangle Mountain in Colwood BC. We are a 15 min walk to a beautiful swimming hole Lookout Lake and the wooded walking trails in Havenwood Park. The completely unobstructed views from this property are nothing short of spectacular. Interesting fact: During the Second World War Triangle Mountain was turned into a command post and was part of the coastal defense system due to the view from the harbor to Port Angeles. The right side of the driveway is available to guests for 1 car, there is free street parking available. We are at the top of Triangle Mountain so it is recommended to travel by car.
