Located within walking distance of Elk Lake, this charming house is surrounded by gardens, making it a tranquil retreat. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright and airy living area with high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The open concept kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining, and the large windows overlook the gardens. It’s only 15 minutes away from downtown Victoria, 15 minutes from the airport and ferry, and 15 minutes from the Westshore.

Located steps within Elk Lake, a public beach, and a network of walking trails around the lake and through bear hill. The area has season "farm stands" located throughout, with local produce and eggs available year round. Quick access to the highway, and public transportation. 15 minutes to the ferry/airport, 15 minutes to downtown Victoria, 10 minutes to Brentwood bay, and 15 minutes to Langford.
