Excellence Vacation home presents you this Spacious and beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Located 5 mins walk from HealthSciences/MUN and the Avalon mall. There is a bus stop right in front of the house connecting to virtually everywhere in the city. Best choice for people trying to keep up with appointments at the Hospital (Health Sc), visitors to MUN and CONA and everyone who needs to stay at the center of everything in the City of St John's.

Neighborhood info

The environment is a quiet and accessible to everywhere in the city. The Avalon mall which is a 5mins or less walk away will meet all your feeding, entertainment, grocery and other needs. It is surrounded with several playgrounds , walking trails and relaxation spots. A bus stop is right in front of the house to get around by bus. There is a taxi line up within the Avalon mall and they show up at the house within 1 to 2 minutes of being called. Alternative transportation can also be arranged by the host.
